Your Mission: Defining Excellence (From the Ground Up)

As our Quality Engineer, you are the technical architect of reliability and the guardian of our standards. You don’t just find defects; you prevent them. You are the crucial link between internal engineering teams, external partners, and a high-quality product.

• Architect & Define: You will develop and implement quality control methodologies and procedures from the ground up to ensure we meet global standards and guidelines.
• Be the Inspector: You get your hands dirty. You will personally conduct tests and inspections of products and processes to identify defects and ensure every component meets its specifications.
• Solve the Puzzle: When things don’t go as planned, you dive deep. You analyze the causes of non-conformance and recommend the solutions needed to improve product reliability.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: You own the big picture of quality. You identify areas for enhancement in both processes and products, driving initiatives that make us better every day
• Document & Coach: You systematically document quality metrics, corrective actions, and technical traceability. Beyond the data, you train and coach the team on quality awareness and best practices

You are:

• Deeply Analytical: You have excellent analytical skills to identify quality risks and implement effective solutions.
• A Flexible Multitasker: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle the demands of a growing startup without losing sight of the details.

What You Absolutely Need

✅ A solid background in Quality Engineering, specifically within high-tech production processes and precision measurement equipment.
✅ A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
✅ Deep knowledge of statistical process control, Six Sigma, Lean, and quality improvement methodologies.
✅ Proficiency in quality control standards (e.g., ISO) and experience with internal and external audits.
✅ Fluent in English (a must-have); Dutch is a plus.
